Our genset product range, produced under the long established and well reputed Acar Engineering heritage.
Every aspect of the assembly of these gensets has been carefully designed and meticulously tested to assure optimum performance, compatibility and reliability in order to guarantee the longest possible trouble free life span.
The range currently spans power ratings between 12 and 510 kVA, using Deutz prime movers and a choice of 3 phase brushless alternators.
The steel chassis has been precision designed to house a daily fuel tank with level gauge and draining plug, a built in battery tray and multi directional control panel mounting. The entire assembly has been rigorously vibration tested to ensure the lowest possible vibration transmission.
The control panels have been designed to provide a combined powder coated rigid steel enclosure for the control section, together with a fully isolated power section, housing the MCB or MCCB and current transformers, behind a powder coated steel apron. Cable glands have been included to allow easy connection of auxiliary control and power cables. We supply a wide range of controllers, fitted to our panels, for all applications, such as manual / remote, start, AMF and island / mains parallel. All our controllers display all electrical parameters, remote start/stop as standard, full electrical and mechanical protection, with a graphical LCD display.
Each genset is meticulously assembled and tested and provided with an exhaustive load test report. We guarantee our gensets for 1 year or 1000 hours, which ever elapses first.
The genset range can be supplied skid mounted or in our range of sound attenuated canopies. Once again, these canopies have been precision engineered from the ground up to provide unsurpassed sound attenuation levels, with a variety of unique features in a very compact enclosure. Our canopies are available with different attenuation ratings:
- 75 dBA @ 1m (Industrial)
- 70 dBA @ 1m (Standard)
- 65 dBA @ 1m (Residential)
- 60 dBA @ 1m (Critical)
